Product Handling and Safety

Our products may include powders, capsules, liquids, or vials. You agree to store, handle, and dispose of all products safely, in accordance with good laboratory practices and applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout through approved payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are shipped via reputable carriers. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We only offer exchanges or replacements for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange, contact support@formeralabs.com with photos and order details.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and designs on the Site are the property of Formera Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Research Chemical Compliance Addendum

All products sold by Formera Labs LLC are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not to be used in humans or animals. No statements made on this Site or in related materials have been evaluated by the FDA.

Formera Labs is a chemical supplier; Formera Labs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor is it an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Act.
